Live guest photos

How the live photo wall works

Put a QR on the screens your venue already has. Guests send photos from their own phones, you approve them, and the room watches the wall fill up.

1. Name the night

Type a name for your event and open the roll. Do it before the doors open; it takes seconds.

2. Put the QR on the TV

Open the roll on a TV, projector or venue screen. The QR sits on screen, so there's no link to type and no hashtag to explain.

3. Guests scan and upload from their own phones

Guests point their camera at the QR and the upload page opens in their phone's browser. No app, no account: they take a photo or pick one, and send it.

4. You approve

Switch on approval and every upload waits in a queue until you approve it, one at a time or all at once. Do it from a laptop, tablet or phone; nothing reaches the big screen until you say so.

5. The live wall

Approved photos join the wall as the night runs, with the QR still in the corner so more people join in. Everyone sees moments from across the room.

6. ZIP after

With a Party Pass, download every photo as one ZIP after the event. Photos are kept for 30 days.

Already bringing a photo booth?

Keep it. A booth's shared screen shows the photos the booth takes. My Party Roll adds the ones guests take on their own phones, from the whole room, approved by you, with no app. It sits beside the booth, not instead of it.
