For SU officers and ball producers

Student union photo wall

Welcome week, SU nights and university balls already have screens. Put a QR on those TVs. Guests scan and upload. You approve what a public room sees.

The union already has the wall

A student union photo wall does not have to mean a hired booth in the corner. The bar, the hall and the ballroom already have TVs and projectors. My Party Roll puts a QR on those screens. Guests scan with the phone in their hand, upload from the browser, and approved photos hit the live roll.

There is no guest app and no guest account. The events officer stays in control of the display.

Freshers and welcome week

Freshers fairs and welcome weeks are loud, public, and full of phones. A freshers photo wall on the hall screens gives the room something to watch together. Guests do not hunt a hashtag or install anything. They point the camera at the QR in front of them.

Turn approval on before the doors open. Pending shots stay off the wall until you let them through.

SU nights and public rooms

Public rooms and alcohol need a tighter rule than an open social wall. Approval mode is the honest fit for an SU night: the host, not a hashtag, decides what the bar sees.

Guests still upload in a few seconds. You still run the roll from a phone. The difference is that nothing reaches the big screen until you say so.

University ball photo wall

A university ball already has a room, a screen and a thousand phones. Put the QR on the ballroom display. Guests upload as the night runs. You keep the wall.

This is not photo booth hire. It does not replace a booth, a printer or a prop wall. The QR lives on the screens you already hired or already own.

Complimentary Party Pass

Partners can gift a Complimentary Party Pass to a society or union night. It is a single-use partner gift for one party: 1,000 photos, a ZIP download and 30-day retention. It is not a public coupon.

Without a gift, Free keeps 25 photos for seven days. A Party Pass is £4.99 once for one party. See pricing, or redeem a Complimentary Party Pass if you have been given a code.

Try it at your next event

Set up a roll before the doors open, put the QR code on the venue screens and switch on approval. Guests can start adding photos as soon as they arrive.

Start free with up to 25 photos. If the screen takes off, you can add a Party Pass from the host dashboard.
